Will my garden room require groundworks?

There may be some groundworks required to give a firm foundation to a garden room. It will depend on the size and location of the building, but ordinarily we will drill ground screws into soft ground so there won’t be any of the machinery, muckaway, concrete mixing, that normally comes with concrete foundations. Either way we can manage the foundation within the project to ensure it is up for the job.
